Step 1: Bring your damaged device into a Swisscom Shop. There your phone or tablet will be repaired or you will receive a replacement device.
Step 2: Settle the costs of repair or the replacement device in the Swisscom Shop. Make sure you obtain a payment receipt.
Step 3: Fill out this form and attach the payment receipt from step 2.
In case of call misuse due to theft, please report the costs incurred through this form.
