Confirmation

AXA contacts you in a few days. 

Prove

AXA proves the liability and defends you against unjustified claims. 

Repair / replacement

Repair

The claimant arranges for the repair.

Replacement

The claimant will receive within 2-15 days the money for the claim.
 
Depending on the type of claim, e.g. high repair costs, a claims adjuster inspects the damage before the repair. 

Invoice

The claimant pays the invoice and sends a copy to AXA. 

Completion

Within 2 - 15 days after the loss report, AXA sends you and the claimant a confirmation letter with the following information:

 

  • The amount of a benefit payment that may be due
  • A possible invoice for the deductible

 

 

This process is valid for more than 90% of the claims, whereby some of the steps or time-relevant information may differ, e.g. in the case of complex claims.
